Fresh Strawberry Sauce with Coconut Balsamic

Take advantage of strawberry season with this super simple sauce that's an excellent topping for pound cake, ice cream or even oatmeal. Our Coconut White Balsamic adds a tropical flair and works with our Strawberry Sugar to bring out the juices of the strawberries and heighten their sweetness. Yum!


1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 oz Strawberry Sugar

2 Tbl Coconut White Balsamic


Place all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use the berries and juices to top pound cake or ice cream. Top with whipped cream if desired.
