Here's the Main Dish for July 23...
We are making use of the plethora of local bell peppers and tucking it in delicious dressed up rolls with smoked sausage from Cutrer's Meats. Your trip to the market this weekend just got a thousand times more tasty.

This simple recipe is a strong childhood memory of mine. My dad grew tons of  bell peppers (and not much else) every summer, so my mom often sizzled up local smoked sausage, bell peppers and onions with tomato sauce and stuffed that goodness into warm rolls.

Our version makes use of D'Agostino Pasta Sauce and our Creole Italian Blend for glazing the the peppers and sausage. A simple supper, and I guarantee smiles.
