Classic French Ratatouille is the dish that catapulted a chef to culinary stardom. This simple dish was what put Chef Alfredo Linguini on the map. Of course, we're talking about the animated Pixar movie Ratatouille. While the story may not be real life, this dish is the real deal.

Summertime squash, zucchini, bell peppers and eggplant work beautifully in this dish that fits perfectly in a cast iron skillet. D'Agostino Pasta Sauce and Pesto Extra Virgin Olive Oil form the base of this dish, and we top off the skillet with a little Sel de Provence. A lovely little dish that deserves lots of accolades.
