We're Counting on You, Punxsutawney Phil!

While we await Punxsutawney Phil's precise and scientific weather prediction, we pretty certain that we're due for a few more cold days-even in southern Louisiana. No worries. To warm up, we're working with some of our favorite Asian blends and flavors.

Far East Blend is a must for all your stir frying. We love this locally hand-crafted Asian blend for its savory and mildly spicy flavors. It's a must for all types of wok cooking, and it does wonders for a sheet pan of simple roasted broccoli. Add that roasted broccoli to a bowl of noodles with a splash of soy sauce and sesame oil for a quick dinner that's way better than takeout!

What's Pho Dinner is our signature combination of spices for a big pot of soup. We also use this blend when making bone broth or stock with Asian flair. Star anise, cloves, allspice and ginger work in perfect unison for warm, interesting flavor. These disposable tea bags make it easy to infuse What's Pho Dinner in your next batch of soup of stock!

Get ready for some big-time flavor fun with our Szechuan Salt. It's a fascinating way to deliver a spicy and salty zing. Szechuan's heat is more of a pinch or a sting, and it's so lovely on noodles and in soups. Use it to finish off a stir fry for a unique finishing touch.

Ready to warm up? Make a batch of this ultra delicious and perfectly spiced Stir Fried Chicken with Sugar Snap Peas & Basil. Fast and scrumptious, no matter the weather!
