Applewood Sea Salt Recipes
Our Applewood Sea Salt can be used in many of the recipes that you already have that calls for salt. Just use the Applewood Sea Salt in place of the salt in the recipe. Applewood flavors well with fish, chicken, red meats and pork ribs. Many people use the salt as a rub along with their other spices to give their meals the applewood flavor.

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST

Baked or grilled chicken breasts with a gourmet touch

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (approximately 2 pounds)

1 cup finely chopped broccoli

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons milk

2 teaspoons of Red Stick Applewood Sea Salt

Directions Preheat oven to 375°. Tenderize chicken breast and flatten in order to stuff and fold.

In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, milk and 1 teaspoon Applewood Smoked Sea Salt. Scoop cheese mix onto each chicken breast, fold and seal with toothpicks. Sprinkle the remaining salt on top.

Place in oven-safe baking dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is completely done.

Other Suggestions Wrap each breast in foil and grill.
