We ship all orders to the forty eight contiguous United States via UPS, including all Standard Ground orders. In addition to shipping time, please allow 2 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping UPS Standard Ground. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship UPS 2nd Day Air only.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FOP addresses.
Payment Options Online purchases on RedStickSpice.com must be made using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Your purchases will appear as Red Stick Spice Company, on your credit card statement.
Returns for Online Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Red Stick Spice Company, and we will gladly exchange or refund any unopened products that were purchased within 30 days of receipt. Accessories including tea ware must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If an item is found damaged or used, Red Stick Spice Company will not be able to issue a refund.
Generally, we do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Red Stick Spice Company or the cost of shipping replacement or exchanged items to you.
