We subbed vanilla extract for our Hazelnut Flavor (trust us, you need this in your pantry.) The hazelnut plays off the pecans in the sauce in the most delectable way.

Pots de Creme is a French dessert custard which means pots of cream or pots of custard. The term also refers to the cups that are traditionally used to hold the dessert. This dessert is very rich, so serving in small portions makes sense. Their a great way to end a meal!
