Ingredients:
8 tsp Balsamic Chicken Rub
4 tsp Champagne Pear Balsamic Vinegar
8 tsp parmesan cheese
2 tsp brown sugar
8 Tbl Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Combine the Balsamic Chicken Rub, Champagne Pear Balsamic Vinegar, parmesan cheesea and brown sugar. Mix well. Slowly drizzle in the Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil while continually whisking. Use as a marinade for chicken or pork tenderloin. Or drizzle on a salad of bitter greens, red onions, apples and feta cheese.
