Peach Cobbler

Peach cobbler is one of our favorite desserts and the perfect ending to any summertime meal. This simple southern recipe will make you wish summer (and in-season peaches) would never end. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

½ cup butter - melted

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1½ tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp Sel Gris

¾ cup milk

1 tsp Vanilla Puree

3 cups fresh or frozen sliced peaches

1 Tbl Cinna Nilla Sugar

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place a stick of butter in a 9X13 casserole dish and place in oven to melt. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk in the milk and Vanilla Puree.  Pour into the baking dish with melted butter. Place the peaches evenly over the batter but do not stir. Sprinkle with the Cinna Nilla Sugar. Bake at 350°F. for 45 mins to 1 hour or until the crust is puffed, firmed and browned in peaks and valleys around the peaches.
