Thai Spiced Salmon

Our Thai Spiceis accurately named because it certainly packs some heat! We love this combo of chiles, garlic, onion, lemon, cilantro and coriander. It's perfect for salmon. We offset the spice by adding brown sugar to the mix. It makes for a great glaze and an extra special weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

4-4oz skin-on salmon steaks

Pure Avocado Oil

1 oz Thai Spice

4 heaping tsp brown sugar

Soy sauce

Directions:

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Rub the skin side of the salmon steaks with Pure Avocado Oil. Place the salmon steaks, skin side down, on a roasting pan or a rack situated over a sheet pan. Sprinkle the Thai Spice over the salmon steaks. Rub a heaping teaspoon of brown sugar on each salmon steak, pressing to adhere. Lightly drizzle soy sauce over the salmon steaks. Bake for 7 minutes for fish cooked medium or a bit longer--about 10 minutes--for medium well or well done.
